    If you are a Co executor with a sibling and are buying the remainder of the property outright with other family members - what are the confidentiality rules regarding who can see the Tr1 form? If you don't want your sibling to see the % shares of the property being purchased by each family member in Declaration of Trust part 10 of Tr1? Do voluntary executors automatically have the right to see this information? Also should mortgage information be confidential if not directly affecting a co executor? Should they be able to get that info from their solicitor without my permission?

    It will all be publicly available once registered at the land registry
