    Occasionally a transfer of part of land will be drafted, approved and registered but as a result of a mistake the plan will not be accurate and will not properly reflect the position on the ground. Where this happens it may be appropriate to rectify the problem by using a deed of rectification. This document is a template for just such a deed. It may also be adaptable to other situations where rectification is required.
