• Sellers Property Information Form

The sellers property information form (SPIF) incorporates a set of standard enquiries of the seller covering topics such as disputes with neighbours, whether alterations have been carried out at the property, whether any guarantees are available and so on. It should be completed by the seller (not his conveyancer) and will often be the document which, together with the Fixtures, Fittings and Contents form, is of most interest to the buyer. Our template covers all of the major issues which are included in the Law Society's “Protocol” form.
