• Requisition on Title

The requisitions on title are a set of questions that a buyer should ask of a seller's conveyancer prior to completion and usually after exchange of contracts. The aim is to check, amongst other things, that all of the information previously provided by the seller is still correct, to confirm the amount to be paid on completion by the buyer and to request undertakings from the seller in respect of any mortgages or financial charges registered against the property. Our template is similar to the Completion Information and Requisitions on Title form, one of two standard forms generally used in conveyancing transactions. Undertakings should only be accepted from solicitors or licensed conveyancers.
