• TP1 Was Changed By Builder Without Purchasers Consent

    The builder changed the plan TP1 document without the the purchasers consent that was filed with HM Land Registry, the conveyancing solicitor denies liability, as does the builder. The plan that was approved had the purchasers signature upon it, where as the one substituted by the builder does not, who is ultimately liable?
