• Should A Neighbours Planning Permission Have To Be Disclosed Before Completing The SPIF

    I am being taken to court for fees (solicitors/searches)compensation by a prospective buyer for failing (not by any intention) to mention a neighbours planning permission for house extension during the viewing/offer process and not disclosing it until completing the SPIF. Is the SPIF the earliest reasonable time to disclose such information if the buyer did not ask about such matters on the viewings and I did not think to tell them at the time? If I am in the wrong, should I have been advised of such matters by my selling agent?
