• Sale Of Commercial Property That Has An Option To Purchase Charge

    We are trying to sell our commercial property to a new Buyer (Party A) but the deeds have an Option to Purchase charge in favour of a different party (Party B). Party B is a company that has now been dissolved, so my question is, can we remove the OtP charge and sell to Party A without requiring permission from Party B?
