Should getting an indemnity insurance for rentcharge be sufficient for sellers solicitor and lendor for the sale of a house to proceed. Even when solicitor is asking to change rent clauses. Can we refuse this and just get indemnity insurance?

It depends on the buyer's lawyer and the buyer/lender. A buyer is no more forced to accept an indemnity policy than they are forced to buy any particular house. Having said that, an indemnity policy is usually sufficient (subject to reporting it to lender/client for approval) but ultimately it's the buyer's decision (and their lender) whether to accept or not.
