• Property Purchase - Broken Window

    Hi there, I recently purchases a property and noticed after completion that one of the windows is broken. This is not something we picked up during viewings or in the buildings survey. My question is whether the seller has a responsibility to disclose this or is it purely our responsibility as a buyer to identify such defects. I am trying to understand if the seller has breached the sales contract. Thanks in advance
