• No Title Guarantee

    Hi. I'm in a process of buying a property with 'No Title Guarantee', as it was repossessed by the lender and selling it through a private firm or attorney. My solicitor is carrying a full check and we will also get indemnity insurance hopefully, however, I need to know if there is any other implications I need to be aware of and will this create any impact on the value of the property at the time when I sell it in a few years time?
