• Missing Convanants From 1989

    I am being ask to pay indemnity insurance ? I am selling my house , this was not found on me buying house

    it is up to the seller to provide a clear title. If the covenants are missing, indemnity insurance would protect against any unknown breach of covenant. This is often a point of disagreement with conveyancers, some will deem insurance unnecessary if the date of the covenants are of a considerable age where others will insist on indemnity insurance regardless of the date.
