Is the seller of a flat obliged to pay for the management pack from the managing agent?

The pack will always be required by the buyer and it is accepted conveyancing practice that the seller will pay so as a seller you are bound to face resistance if you ask the buyer to pay, but there is no rule of law that says you have to. The rationale is that it is accepted that the seller must use his best efforts to answer any reasonable queries the buyer raises. The questions in the LPE1 (or similar form, which the management pack is designed to deal with) are reasonable and the answers need to be obtained from the landlord.

Struggle to contact management company to obtain a management pack. My solicitor have tried to contact them for the last 4 weeks without any result. Is there anything which would force them to reply?
