• Limited Title

    I have been told the house i wish to purchase is being sold with limited title after Probate has been granted to the executor, could someone claim interest in the property between exchange of contract and Land Registry deeds being received or at any time after? I know executors can sell with full title so why would the sellers be compromising this sale?
