    Hi

    Would appreciate if you would please advise:

    Read information online about buying two houses at a time which would enable to reduce the sdlt. Apparently if you buy two properties of value
    300k and 200k at the same time you would be paying a stamp duty of 2500 x2=5000 all together for both properties. I am first time buyer and have a deposit of 50k so thought would go for two properties below 500k. Would it be possible to buy two properties at the same time and apply for a mortgage of 500k . what are the complications and can this be done. Will it save money and is there any mortgage complications.
