    Freehold sold for £1,106,734 on 13.07.2018. This value covers more than just the land in this title '.I was very surprised about the "Value" and am wondering what this extra value covers

    It is likely the freeholder sold the property together with other properties in their portfolio, as a bulk lot.

    Notary Express - Thanks for your response - but the Land Registry entry only refers to the Land Plot that our Flats were built on
