There is a vendors lien on my uncles house as a charge on his title. The house lists the proprietor as someone else and a sum of money ie 80k was paid against the land my uncle has now died does that mean the other party owns the house now as he is listed on land registry documents

The owner of the house is the registered proprietor at entry B1 of the title register.

Any chargee (charge-holder) is not the owner but could potentially enforce the charge and repossess the property if the charge in unpaid and the power of sale has arisen.

The executors for your uncle should consider selling the property and repaying the charge.
