• Unenforceable "charge"

    I have a unique situation for us, where my clients lender has lost all there rights and enforcement rights, as well as the third party who bought the security, in basic terms to keep matters simple. I have been advised by our legal team that my client now has the right to update the register at HMLR. Im not sure if they have the right to settle or just update but how would one go about this i.e which forms etc and where would I find a suitable conveyancer who would understand and be able to handle this matter? Plus would HMLR have to accept the information and make the changes if 100% proof is provided, how would this need to be layed out? Regards
