• UN1 Stipulations

    I am currently selling my property and have found out that my abusive ex partner has logged a UN1 notice. He has no rightful claim as his name is not on any legal deeds. What proof does he have to provide for the land registry to take his side so to speak? He never had any interest in the property and was sent a requisition in December. Just trying to understand what he might have been asked to provide as proof, as I am just about to accept an offer on my flat and do not want any hold ups or delays. My solicitor has already logged a UN4 for cancellation of the notice.
