• Tp1 Restriction

    We are selling a house and separate but adjoining piece of land in 2 separate transactions to 2 separate buyers. Our solicitor wants to put a restriction on tp1 meaning as far as I can tell that he would need a certificate of compliance in order to sell in future. The buyer is not happy with this and we can't see why we would need it?
