• Restrictive Covenant Clarification

There is a restrictive covenant on my piece of land made at the time of the initial sale between the then farmer and the person we bought it from since we bought the land the farmer has sold his retaining land on to another farmer. The covenant states excepting and reserving unto the transferor and their successors in title (see rider) the rider states the owners occupiers for the time being of the land shown for the purposes of identification only edged in blue on the plan 2 annexed hereto and each and every part thereof all easements quasi easements and privilege I the nature of light and air and drainage and other easements of a continuous nature e noted by the retained land...
Please can you tell me if this means that as the original transferor has sold it on now is this no longer a binding covenant or has it passed to the new farmer.
