• Register Of Title, Section B Title Absolute

My register of title has a restriction on section B: title absolute: (No disposition of the registered estate by
the proprietor of the registered estate is to be registered without a
written consent signed by the proprietor for the time being of the
Charge dated 29 June 20XX in favour of HSBC Bank PLC referred to in the Charges Register) Is this ok? Anything I should be worried about?

It means your mortgage lender will not permit you to dispose of the property without their consent, for obvious reasons. It prevents you selling the property to someone else which would be a problem for their security. It is perfectly normal on a mortgaged property. If you have paid off the mortgage though they should have removed it, in which case contact them to have it removed.
