    Myself and my siblings inherited my mothers property some years ago. Two of us live in the property. As there are 5 of us in total, my name is not on the Land Registry deed (as the youngest) because the document limits the number of names to 4. How do I protect my rights? I am a named benificiary in the Will.

    Presumably there is a deed of trust showing that they hold the legal interest on trust for the 5 of you beneficially? If not, I would advise having one drawn up.

    There should be a Form A restriction on the title showing the land is held on trust. You may also agree with the others to register a restriction or agreed notice or similar to protect your interest.
