    In regards to question 5, the missing documents relate to missing Title Deeds which were presented to the Land Registry on first registration of the property. Your Title Deeds indicate that a conveyance dated 1991 was not produced on first registration and therefore the Buyers Solicitors are unable to advise their clients in regards to the contents of the same.

    Could you explain the above to me ? I'm selling a shared ownership property built in 2007 brought from a housing association

    It needs to be an involved answer; I would have to look at the documentation. Your solicitors will do this for you.
