• Legal Charge Removal

    Hi,

    I currently own a property that was in part funded by a deposit contribution from my father. At the time, it was decided that this would be protected for him by setting up a second legal charge that is registered on the land registry. I am currently looking to market my property and my father has agreed that I do not need to pay this back. How should I proceed to remove this charge from the registry and ensure that there is no issues during the sale. I am going to be using this equity for a deposit on a new house.
