There is a clause in Charges Register stating a right reserved by a conveyance of the land dated in 1950 :

"EXCEPT AND RESERVING unto the owners and occupiers for ... aforesid a right of way at all times over the piece of land coloured green on the said plan."

The Land Registry does not have a copy for this reservation. Is there any change to cancel this reservation as it seems the pathway has not been used for decades?

Option 1 - Ask the beneficiary of the covenant (if you can identify them) to cancel it. They may charge a fee.

Option 2 - Apply to the Lands Tribunal to cancel it as unused. This would be the route if you cannot identify the beneficiary. All neighbouring properties will be alerted to the application. This route may be very expensive with no guarantee of success.

    Option 3 - Do nothing.
