If your query is asking whether £1 is sufficient consideration for a Form A restriction then I can confirm that consideration given in a transaction can be any amount, for example £1, a peppercorn or £100,000 are all fine.

A Form A restriction shows that there is a trust in place, for example tenancy in common, or a deed of trust. I've never known someone to make a payment purely for a Form A restriction to be put on the title. There should be some underlying trust or reason for the restriction in order to put it on there.
