    THE COUNCIL HAVE TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO APPLY FOR PLANNING PERMISSION FOR CHANGE OF USE BUT WONT BE GRANTED AS IT IS IN A HOLIDAY ZONE AREA. THE PROPERTY HOWEVER HADN'T BEEN USED AS A GUEST HOUSE SINCE 2013 WHEN I BOUGHT IT

I ADVISE YOU ASK THEM AS TO ITS CURRENT USE AND ANY REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGE OF USE (WHICH IS BY APPLYING FOR PLANNING PERMISSION UNLESS IT IS PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT WITHIN PERMITTED DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS IF APPLICABLE - CHECK WITH YOUR PLANNING CONSULTANT).
