What evidence is required with RX3 form in order to remove a deed of trust/form B restriciton?

I suspect it may be sufficient if the RX3 is signed by all of the beneficiaries of the restriction (i.e. all of the trustees). See paragraph 6 of the HMLR guidance here for further details of what to put: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/private-trusts-of-land/practice-guide-24-private-trusts-of-land#cancellation-and-withdrawal-of-restrictions

You may also wish to email HM Land Registry to ask for their advice as to exactly what they would like to see from you.
