• Fathers Property Was Sold By Executors And Registered With New Ownersa At Land Registry, But They Have Not Included A Large Plot He Owned Which Which Was Informed Was Purchased As Well This Had Separate Title Deed

    is this normal practice or something we need to look into they did conveyancing between them

    If the plot was supposed to be included in the sale then it should have been registered to the new owners at the same time as the main property. It's really the buyer's problem but if the executors are satisfied the buyer should have the land then it is easily provided either it is registered land or if it is unregistered the executors still have the deeds for the plot in question
