    Under Charges Register in a property thatI own it states "NO MEAT PRODUCTS TO BE SOLD FROM THE PREMISES" I wish to give a publican a 15 year FRL if he sells meatpies and scotch eggs who is liable for what?

    The covenant would bind both you and your tenant so the person with the benefit could sue either of you. If you get sued then unless you have consented to the tenant's breach (be careful because this does not have to be given in writing to be valid, it could be verbal or even implied from your actions/inactions) you could sue the tenant
