• Sign Off Land Registry

Any chance that I can have quick advice from you. I want to sign it off my house which I bought with my ex husband. I am signing of to him and his new partner .I received from his solicitors form ID1 to sign it off land registry, and I was a bit surprised because I thought that title deed land registry and mortgage will happen same time. Could you confirm if this is the correct order of procedure, because once I will sign form ID1 I will loose my rights to house however I will still be liable for mortgage. What is the correct procedure?

The ID1 form is just evidence of your identity. The Land Registry require this when a party to a transaction is not represented by a solicitor to guard against fraud. It has nothing to do with the change of ownership.
