• Regarding Forms TA6, TA7 And TA10

By Guest on 11th Feb 2023

It is my understanding forms TA6, TA7 and TA10 form part of the contract for sale and are legally binding on the seller.

After completion I noticed there was no hot water or heating because the combination boiler was not working. The toilet cistern would not flush and required a new syphon and ball cock. The bathroom sink hot water tap did not work. An old TV, bed, golf clubs and flatpack furniture had been left in the loft.

I do not see why I should have to pay for repairs and removal of belongings. There must be an enforcement process, otherwise these forms are effectively pointless. Can you please advise.
