• Why Do I Have To Sign The RX1 FORM

By Guest on 04th Feb 2019

My husband is going through the IVA process and has debts around £14000. These are in his name. We are starting divorce proceeding. I ve been sent the RX1 form to sign. I don’t want to sell the property anyway. It’s shared ownership we have 25% share, 75% rental. Can you explain in layman’s terms why I have to sign this form.

An RX1 is to put a restriction on the property. Without knowing the content of the form and what the restriction is that is being put on there, we cannot advise further. We suggest you obtain independent legal advice.
