• Transfer Of Land

By Guest on 10th Sep 2019

we own our house which is on a estate comprising of 31 houses the water is from a well and drainage goes to reed bed, we pay into Eshott Shared Services run by volunteers who look after the financial aspects of maintaining the estate, this is a charity, ESS own land areas.

We want to take over a piece of land adjacent to our back garden to make it a uniform shape. we have approached the committee and asked if we can buy it, they say with it being part of our estste and a charity they will probably just give us the land.

How do we go about altering our title deeds to accomodate this

Option 1) Form TP1 with HMLR compliant plan at 1:1250 scale and form AP1 and ID1 signed off by solicitor

    Option 2) Hire a conveyancer e.g. Notary Express on 03333 122 221
