• Transfer Of Charge

    Hi,
    My mother and I have a property we own together and we are in the process of transferring full ownership to my mother. We do have a conveyancing lawyer but she has not been helpful when it comes to calculating a transfer of funds for my share, or what documents are required. I have been advised by an independent law advice service that the amount paid should be: the (current value - current remortgage - costs my mother has paid) all divided by 2. Is this correct? Can you please advise which documents I need to produce to confirm amount and payment schedule of funds? I have filled out a form that says I agree to a transfer but it did not include anything about this and I am nervous about what I have signed. I have been asked to complete an ID1 form for the land registry too, which I have not done yet. Any help is much appreciated! Thanks
