I bought my house 15 year ago and the land at the bottom of the garden has a big bank then the land beyond that goes for about another 3 hundred yards.my neighbour says who ever lived here before sold this land too her father. since we moved in 15 year ago her father has passed away and I have been looking after the bank re-building stone walks and clearing the weeds etc now my neighbour says I can have the bank back if I measure it but I have asked for her title deeds and plans but she say's she has not got them and also that her father never registered the land so I don't know where to go from here many thanks Mick
