• Planning Permission On Green Belt Land

By Guest on 16th Apr 2019

We are thinking of buying a small piece of land which is located in a current green belt area. Looking at archived maps.. There was a development on thus land probably 80 yrs ago.. I believe a cottage.. But this has been demolished and maps since 1950 show no building there. The title deeds to this land say the land can have a dwelling house on it. Is it possible to obtain planning permission on this land now? There is a main road and houses opposite and to one side of it too. Thanks

I advise you ask the local planning authority
