• Planning Permission - Commencement Of Works Evidence For Sale

By Guest on 10th Sep 2019

Our planning permission for an annex will have expired by the time we sell our property. We have photographs to confirm the works have commenced (foundations dug etc) to ensure it is still valid. What evidence will the buyers conveyancing team need to progress the sale? Our local authority can give us an informal reply to an email with photos is this enough?

It depends what your buyer's conveyancer requests.

What you propose in terms of evidence sounds sensible - date-stamped photos are good.
