    Please may you explain how this works please?... a right of way on foot only over that of the property shown coloured brown on the plan annexed hereto ( provided that the transferor and other parsons exercising the same shall also be permitted to use as a general amenity for the benefit of the residents of the property situate on the remainder of the land comprised in the title above mentioned). Provided that no obstruction or nuisance is caused to others entitled to exercise the like rights and provided further that transferor and other persons exercising these right shall contribute a fair and reasonable proportion of the cost?... does this mean I have to let other residents use my land that is part of the house and if so what for and what rights do I have?
