• Side Letter

    My solicitor is drafting a side letter to the contract, stating various amendments. Will these be legally binding.?

    If it's in the form of a Rider to the contract at exchange, or alternatively if it says that it varies the already-exchanged contract (and identifies this clearly) and is signed by both parties, then yes provided they do it properly it should be.
