Hi there, our property which is in the process of being sold at the moment is one of three freeholds and to access the any of the three houses you have to drive over a communal area which is owned and maintained by a management company which we own a third each and the management company owns the land. My question is do we needs to show we have access to this land in the deeds even though we own a third of this land? Our buyers solicitor states we should, but there is nothing in the deeds for any of the three properties showing this and the two other properties have been purchased recently with no problems
    Advice if you can
    Thanks, Michael Calvert
