• Fixtures And Fittings

By Guest on 17th May 2019

The property we are buying is an executor sale. Seller claiming no knowledge of property and given us no information on what we can expect to be left at the property. Is there a document that outlines what should or shouldn't be left, or should we be insisting that he provide some assurance that fixtures and fittings won't be stripped out.

Ask him if it is "sold as seen". If so, then it means no F&F form, it is just being sold with what you see there. You can take photos on a viewing if you feel you need evidence.

Thank you for that. After I posted, but before your answer, we were alerted to that same question, and the property is not being Sold As Seen. So original question remains.

Insist that TA10 Fixtures and Fittings is completed by the seller.
