In auction property the seller has put special condition that buyer is to cover legal fees etc. for the amount of 2.5% or 4500Gbp.
Do I still have to pay the same legal fees on completion to be done again by my solicitor or can i use information from the sellers solicitors. I will add here i am taking btl mortgage and paying valuation for my mortgage before bidding on property.

You would have to pay the legal fees for your solicitor as well - they're not going to work for free - unless you wish to self-represent and do the conveyancing yourself (which is not recommended).

£4500 is pretty steep for legal fees on one property. That's nearly 12 times our standard fee...
