• New Lender Has A Solicitor To Do The Legal Work

    my new lender has instructed a solicitor to do the legal work on their behalf on a remortgage. do i need a solicitor myself. If yes for what reason?

    The lender will very likely insist that you are represented to avoid the risk that you might in future try to get out of the mortgage saying that you were not fully informed of the implications when you took out the loan
