It is an application to register a restriction, which is an entry on the legal title preventing certain types of transactions affecting the property from being registered at Land Registry (such as a mortgage or transfer of ownership) from being registered without certain conditions being met.

I need the to stop my business partner selling my rented house. He removed my name off the deeds
Not sure how this was been done. But I managed to get hold of my old deed papers where my name is shown on the deeds
I have been advised to put restrictions. Can you help what do I tick, because it’s quiet confusing and I don’t want to get it wrong.

    Hi

I am buying a property with my partner. Dad is our acting lender, so instead of us paying the bank back a monthly fee we'd pay him back. We've been advised that he needs to complete an RX1 form. If he was to ever pass away would a death certificate be sufficient to remove that restriction from the register?
