• Charge Restriction On Land Registry

    I lent the entire purchase amount to my son to buy a flat in his name and conveyance completed and a loan agreement drawn up. Do I need to make any applications to Land Registry so I can put a charge so my son cannot sell without my consent? I have heard of forms CH1, AP1 and RX1 but don't know which on(es) to use
