I want to complete a conveyancing process that was put on hold due to an illness by the vendor. Sadly, the Vendor later passed away before signing the Contract of Sale of land. The buyer, on the other hand, had already paid the vendor in full for the land on sale. The land is still titled in the deceased vendor's name. Question:- Is there an existing Template, or How do I draft a Contract of Sale involving an Administrator of the deceased vendor and the buyer w.r.t. a titled land of the deceased.?

That sounds like a right mess. If you have a conveyancer I would complain as they have clearly been negligent (unless the seller's lawyer is holding the funds to order in which case that would be fine as the funds can be returned on demand).

Going forward, you would need to approach the estate to see if they will complete the sale. If not, you could ask for your money back. If they will not return it you should take advice from a dispute resolution solicitor to see if you have any claim for its return.
