What is a reasonable length of time that a conveyancer would normally give to the client regarding the completion date and would they generally put this in writing, especially if the client was expected to also transfer savings to pay off the previous mortgage?
Is it standard practice to provide the client with evidence of the basic searches and to send the client a copy of the Land Registry document?
Is there any good reason why a conveyancer would not obtain a final redemption statement prior to date of completion...if the last one was obtained 6 weeks earlier?
