    Possibly but what loss are you wanting to indemnify? If you are obliged to sell because of a compulsory purchase order then the buyer has to pay you market value for your share plus removal costs and an element of compensation. Indemnity will only cover you for financial loss and it certainly cannot prevent the CPO from being exercised
