• Chimney Breast/stud Wall Removal And Property Liscence

    When I moved into the top flat of a converted house 17years ago the chimneybreast and a stud wall in the living room had already been removed without build regs. I had a structural engineer look at them and he said they were fine but I now want to rent out the property and need to get a property liscence...is this likely to present a problem? Many thanks.
